GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETINGS
At each EFA Annual Meeting, a General Assembly is held to approve the previous year's accounts and any new decisions brought forward by the Executive Committee. All current members are invited to attend the General Assembly.
This meeting serves as a forum for the Executive Committee to communicate recent developments and especially decisions requiring approval from the membership, as well as for EFA members to ask questions, voice their opinions and help determine the future of their association. Every member present has one vote. Votes by proxy are possible (for members only), but must be in writing. Decisions are carried by a simple majority of the vote count.
